Business Identity

These Terms of Service apply to SMS communications sent by Roots and Keys LLC, a real estate company. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from us including appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Data & Privacy Commitment

Roots and Keys LLC ("we," "us," or "our") DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (404) 203-3705. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your appointment schedule and service usage. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
